2. Job Description
Orient Ceramica is hiring Trainee Engineers to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals starting their engineering career. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to contribute to various engineering projects within the company. Upon successful completion of the training period, this role will transition to a permanent Engineer position.
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering from a PEC-recognized university
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
