Job Description
The role of Trainee Executive at IRC Dairy Products (Pvt.) Limited is a dynamic opportunity designed for fresh graduates from the fields of Food Engineering, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering. The program offers hands-on learning in a structured professional environment where candidates can gain both technical and managerial skills.
As a Trainee Executive, candidates will be expected to:
- Develop a strong understanding of ISO procedures, Halal certification requirements, and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) practices.
- Assist in quality assurance (QA) activities, including raw material analysis, product quality inspections, and compliance with food safety protocols.
- Participate in Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) procedures to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards across production facilities.
- Monitor day-to-day operations in QA and production departments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Support record-keeping, documentation, and reporting activities for audits and internal assessments.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and identify areas for process improvement.
- Engage in continuous monitoring, coordination, and evaluation of processes to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
- Learn and apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve quality or production-related challenges.
