This is your chance to be part of a company that values fresh ideas, strong ethics, and professional excellence.

Job Description

Itel Energy Pakistan is actively hiring a Trainee Executive to join its operations team based in Lahore. This is a full-time position aimed specifically at female graduates who have recently completed their bachelor’s degrees and are seeking to build a career in the energy and corporate operations sector.

The Trainee Executive will be placed under a structured training and development program designed to provide hands-on experience across various operational domains. The selected candidate will work directly under the supervision of departmental leads and mid-level managers, enabling them to understand the strategic and functional dimensions of running a fast-paced energy company.

The core responsibilities of the Trainee Executive will revolve around administrative support, coordination, project documentation, and internal communications. On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will assist in managing internal workflow, supporting data entry, preparing reports, managing meetings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and updating databases related to ongoing business operations and customer management.

A key component of this role is learning—this is not a task-focused job but a learning-focused position. The candidate will be provided guidance and mentorship to understand standard operating procedures (SOPs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting structures within an energy business context. Through real-time project exposure, the candidate will gain insight into energy procurement, client management, logistics coordination, and marketing execution.

During the initial weeks, the trainee will be introduced to company policies, digital platforms (like Microsoft Office tools and CRM software), reporting systems, and performance evaluation metrics. As the training progresses, she will be given independent assignments with deadlines and targets, followed by performance feedback and one-on-one coaching.

The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, commitment, and a learning mindset. She should be comfortable working in a structured environment and be willing to engage in all aspects of business operations. Confidence in communication, attention to detail, and willingness to multitask are key traits that will support success in this role.

Since this is a trainee position, the company does not expect prior corporate experience, but it does expect professionalism, punctuality, and a proactive approach. The selected candidate will have the chance to move into a permanent role based on performance at the end of the training period.

Other administrative responsibilities include drafting business emails, scheduling meetings, note-taking during team sessions, and maintaining filing systems (both digital and hard copy). Depending on business needs, the Trainee Executive may also assist in organizing corporate events or participating in field visits with senior staff.

Itel Energy Pakistan offers a competitive starting salary of PKR 60,000/month, which is among the highest in the market for entry-level corporate roles in Lahore. The salary will be accompanied by training certification, mentorship from industry professionals, and the potential to move into a permanent job with expanded responsibilities.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and grow, build a long-term career in the corporate energy sector, and work in a reputable and growing multinational environment.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the Trainee Executive position at Itel Energy Pakistan, applicants must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements. The ideal candidate should not only satisfy these academic and skill-based qualifications but also possess a mindset geared toward growth, adaptability, and professionalism.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Pakistan. The degree must be completed—no students currently enrolled in their final semester will be considered. However, applicants from all academic backgrounds will be considered if they can demonstrate relevant skills.

Gender & Nationality

This opportunity is open only to female candidates. The initiative is part of Itel Energy Pakistan’s commitment to increasing women’s participation in the workforce, particularly in energy and technology-oriented industries where female representation is still limited. Applicants must also be Pakistani nationals with a valid CNIC.

Experience

This is an entry-level role, which means the company is specifically looking for fresh graduates. Applicants with up to 1 year of internship or part-time work experience will be considered, but prior experience is not mandatory.

Language Proficiency

Applicants must be proficient in English—both written and spoken. Since this is a multinational corporate environment, the ability to draft professional emails, participate in meetings, and prepare written reports in English is essential. Proficiency in Urdu is a plus but not mandatory.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools—especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—is required. Familiarity with email management systems (such as Outlook or Gmail), online meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), and digital task trackers (Trello, Asana) will be considered a plus. Candidates should also be open to learning new tools and platforms used in corporate settings.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are necessary for this role. The Trainee Executive will often be the point of contact between various teams, so clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness are key. Candidates must be confident and articulate while speaking and have the ability to write clear, concise, and professional documents.

Attitude and Soft Skills

The company places high value on attitude and soft skills. Candidates should display enthusiasm, a willingness to take feedback, and a commitment to personal and professional development. Being punctual, responsible, and cooperative is essential.

Presentation and Professionalism

While formal dress is not mandatory during training, a neat and professional appearance will be expected in client-facing or senior leadership meetings. The trainee should understand workplace decorum and ethics, including confidentiality, punctuality, and respect for diversity.

Availability and Commitment

This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Lahore Head Office. Candidates must be available to work standard business hours (typically 9 AM to 6 PM) from Monday to Friday. No remote or part-time options are available. Applicants who are not currently located in Lahore must be willing to relocate at their own expense.
