The training phase focuses on developing technical skills, discipline, and adaptability in field environments. You will be trained on project tools, control logic development, wiring methods, troubleshooting practices, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers during installation, configuration, and testing of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Learn to interpret electrical drawings, control panel layouts, and wiring schematics.
- Shadow engineers during on-site client visits, system commissioning, and maintenance.
- Engage in training sessions related to automation hardware, software, safety protocols, and documentation.
- Develop understanding of industrial components such as sensors, relays, motor drives, communication protocols, and electrical protection.
- Support in building electrical panels under supervision and test automation logic in lab settings.
- Perform routine documentation including field reports, test logs, and client feedback summaries.
- Maintain professional communication with team members and assist with any ad hoc technical tasks during the learning period.
This is a paid trainee position with strong prospects for full-time absorption based on performance. Industronics encourages a growth mindset and expects every trainee to evolve into a full contributor to project delivery within 6 to 12 months.
