Job Description
As a Trainee Mechanical Engineer at CAGROW Engineers, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals in the field of constructability and maintenance planning. This role involves assisting in various project stages — from conceptualization to execution — and requires active participation in technical reviews, analysis, and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Construction Manager in planning and conducting constructability workshops during Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC project stages.
- Participate in Shutdown Optimization and Tie-in Feasibility Review sessions to enhance safety, minimize downtime, and improve sequencing.
- Review new piping, civil, structural, electrical, and I&C modifications to assess constructability, access, and site limitations.
- Identify and address potential construction challenges early in the design phase by suggesting practical engineering solutions.
- Support the preparation of Scope of Work (SOW) documents for FEED, Early Works, and EPC phases.
- Develop project-specific construction schedules, execution plans, and phasing strategies to support overall project timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments, particularly for work within live operating plants.
- Participate in the development of rigging, lifting, and transportation plans for heavy equipment installation.
- Perform accessibility and maintainability studies to evaluate removal paths, lifting methods, and maintenance feasibility within design constraints.
- Support optimization of plant layouts and unit plot plans to ensure effective material handling, maintenance access, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate in multidiscipline design reviews to ensure the practicality and safety of proposed construction and maintenance solutions.
This position offers a hands-on learning experience that helps engineers build analytical, design, and planning skills essential for complex industrial projects.

Eligibility Criteria
Education Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and other related tools.
