Job Description
The position of Trainee OEM at Kaizen Paint Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time opportunity for fresh graduates to step into the world of automotive coatings and OEM project management. This role is a blend of technical learning, cross-functional exposure, and hands-on involvement in a high-paced, client-driven environment. The primary objective of the role is to support the Automotive OEM Department in delivering products, processes, and services that meet or exceed client expectations. - Assisting in managing the lifecycle of OEM projects, from initiation and planning to execution and post-delivery evaluation.
