Job Description
As a Utilities Engineer at Ittehad Chemicals Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of utility systems that support the manufacturing plant. This role demands technical knowledge, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain critical systems that keep production running seamlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and maintaining utility systems such as boilers, compressors, pumps, HVAC, water treatment plants, and related equipment.
- Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Monitoring system performance and carrying out inspections to ensure efficient energy and resource utilization.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide reliable utilities for production processes.
- Identifying faults and troubleshooting equipment to restore operations quickly and safely.
- Maintaining records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts inventory.
- Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new utility equipment when required.
- Ensuring compliance with company safety standards and environmental regulations during maintenance and operational activities.
- Supporting energy conservation initiatives and proposing improvements for efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
