Job Description
The position of Warehouse Supervisor at Haidri Beverages Pvt. Ltd. in Islamabad is an operational leadership role that demands organizational skill, attention to detail, and a firm grasp of warehouse principles and inventory management systems. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse functions, including the loading of vehicles, inventory audits, damage control, SAP reporting, and staff supervision.
One of the key responsibilities of this role is ensuring that all vehicle loading activities follow the FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principle. This ensures that beverages are delivered with maximum shelf life to customers and outlets. Proper FEFO implementation directly influences customer satisfaction, sales, and return ratios. The Warehouse Supervisor must track expiration dates and coordinate loading priorities accordingly.
A daily 100% stock count of all liquid products is another primary task. Accuracy in physical stock is critical to reconcile with SAP system data. Any mismatch between actual and digital records must be immediately identified and resolved. The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to proactively flag such inconsistencies and take corrective actions in coordination with the production and supply chain teams.
