2. Job Descriptions – Multiple Positions
We are hiring for the following roles at Value Engineering Pakistan:
PHP Developer
As a PHP Developer, you will design and develop web applications, maintain backend logic, and collaborate with frontend teams. Responsibilities include writing clean code, managing database systems (MySQL/PostgreSQL), integrating APIs, and debugging backend services. You will also assist in deployment and performance optimization of web apps.
Recruiter
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and closing vacancies efficiently. You’ll play a key role in employer branding, maintain recruitment databases, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from screening to onboarding.
Marketing Analyst
As a Marketing Analyst, your tasks will include analyzing campaign data, measuring performance metrics, conducting competitor analysis, and reporting insights that will drive marketing strategies. You will work closely with digital marketing and design teams to refine targeting, optimize content, and track ROI.
IT Officer

Trainee Planning Engineer
Open to engineering graduates, this position provides on-the-job experience in construction planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication. You will work on real-world projects under the guidance of senior planners and gain exposure to planning software and project timelines.
Junior Structural Engineer
As a Junior Structural Engineer, your duties include assisting in structural analysis and design, preparing calculation reports, reviewing drawings, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. You’ll gain exposure to both residential and commercial project designs.
3. Eligibility Criteria
