Job Description

The Automation Service Specialist at MMS is a highly technical and customer-facing role designed to ensure the smooth operation of advanced automation and robotic systems in industrial environments. This position involves both proactive and reactive responsibilities, ranging from preventive maintenance to emergency troubleshooting, making it ideal for individuals who thrive on variety and challenge.

Core Responsibilities

  1. On-Site Service and Troubleshooting
    • Provide direct, on-site technical support for industrial robots and automation equipment.
    • Troubleshoot issues involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software components.
    • Respond promptly to emergency service calls to minimize downtime at customer facilities.
  2. Preventive Maintenance and Calibration
    • Conduct scheduled maintenance on robotic systems, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
    • Perform calibration, software updates, and system optimization to enhance performance.

  3. Installation and Integration
