Job Description

The Trainee Operator position at International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is a fantastic opportunity for fresh DAE graduates who aspire to start their professional journey in industrial manufacturing.

As a Trainee Operator, you will work in the Production Operations Department, where you’ll learn to manage and monitor the production process, maintain plant operations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will gain exposure to industrial automation systems, machinery operations, and continuous improvement activities while working closely with experienced engineers and operators. The role demands dedication, discipline, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day plant operations and process monitoring.
Operate and maintain assigned production machinery under supervision.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Support maintenance and quality control teams for smooth operations.
Comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Participate in skill development sessions and internal training programs.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with up to one year of plant experience will also be considered.
